Finding us

However you’re travelling, we’re easy to get to. Driving? With over 7,000 free spaces in car parks A-K (all of which offer easy access to the shops), parking’s never a problem. 

Cribbs is north of Bristol, just off Junction 17 of the M5.  

We’re easy to spot and clearly signposted as you leave the motorway, but if you want to use your GPS, here’s our address:

By car

The most direct route is to leave the M5 at Junction 17 and follow the signs to Cribbs. We have 7,000 free car parking spaces all around the centre.

If you have an electric car, you’ll find charging points in the following places at The Mall*:

  • Lower A car park, designated to Tesla cars - 14 charging points, 30 minutes charge time, £1 connection fee
  • Lower A car park - 4 charging points requiring users to download the Genie Point App 
  • Lower K car park - 2 XeroNet charging points which require unlocking - please visit Accessibility to gain entry.
  • The Venue (Next to Las Iguanas) - 3 Genie Point chargers

By train

Our nearest railway station is Bristol Parkway and from there you’ll find plenty of bus and taxi services to bring you straight to Cribbs. For details of train services to Bristol Parkway, please call National Rail Enquiries on 08457 48 49 50 or visit www.nationalrail.co.uk.

By coach

With a 50 bay coach park on the northern side of the car park near Marks & Spencer, it’s easy for coach parties to visit us.

By bike

Cyclists are always welcome. You’ll find that a network of cycle tracks lead directly to our doors and there are bike racks all around The Mall. Here’s a handy cycle map to help you plan your route.

We want to make it easy for you to cycle. So we’ve put together an Emergency Cycle Repair Kit to take care of any wheelie-annoying minor cycling problems. It is free to use, whenever needed. We want to help keep you on the move! The kit is located at the information desk, and the team will be happy to assist you should you require it.

Everybody's welcome at Cribbs and if you need any assistance at all, just ask. For your safety and security, Cribbs employs a number of security measures. Many of these are visible but some are covert.
