The most direct route is to leave the M5 at Junction 17 and follow the signs to The Mall. We have 7,000 free car parking spaces all around The Mall.
If you have an electric car, you’ll find charging points in the following places at The Mall*:
- Lower K car park – two charging points, maximum three hours charge time, no connection fee
- J car park – two charging points, one hour charge time, tariff approximately £4.50
- Lower A car park, two charging points, 30 minutes charge time, £1 connection fee (Tesla cars only)
- The Retail Park, two charging points, one hour charge time, tariff approximately £4.50

With a 50 bay coach park on the northern side of the car park near Marks & Spencer, it’s easy for coach parties to visit us.
