RACHEL

BFW: Have you modelled at Bristol Fashion Week before?
RACHEL: Yes, I modelled for Bristol Fashion week for the first time last year. It’s such a fun show to be part of, lots of style advice and tips for all beautiful body types and ages.

BFW: What made you decide to become a model?
RACHEL: I’ve always loved fashion and being around creativity. I studied fashion at school and spent my days cutting out pages from fashion magazines, I knew I wanted to be in the industry, so after being scouted, modelling was the path I took - I love being part of talented and creative teams of people each day.

BFW: Who is your celebrity style icon and why?
RACHEL: I have so many... Alexa Chung and Bridgette Bardot are two of my favourites because of how they pull together feminine outfits with a tomboyish edge, they always look effortlessly cool.

BFW: What is your favourite fashion item you have in your wardrobe?
RACHEL: I have this fringed vintage leather jacket, it’s irreplaceable. Always my go to gig jacket.

BFW: What is your all time favourite song and why?
RACHEL: This is a tricky question because I can’t go a day without listening to music. Maybe ‘My Number’ by Foals, it’s guaranteed to put me in a good mood, dance around and be productive. They’re also one of my favourite bands to see live.

ROBERT

BFW: Have you modelled at Bristol Fashion Week before?
ROBERT: No, I can’t wait!

BFW: What made you decide to become a model?
ROBERT: That's quite a long story. I was scouted on the street, when I was very young, but where I am from there wasn’t much modelling work and then I got an offer from a national TV station as a reporter and site editor. I signed the contract but wasn't allowed to do modelling as they had exclusivity on my image. But one day I asked my boss if I could do a small photographic shoot and she agreed. It was a long shooting day, from early morning till very late! Not feeling tired or hungry, on the contrary, I was happy, because I was doing what I loved. The next day I resigned and I started my dream job.

BFW: Who is your celebrity style icon?
ROBERT: I don’t have one style icon but there are a few I like for their style, such as Tom Ford, David Beckham and Zayn Malik.

BFW: What is your favourite fashion item you have in your wardrobe?
ROBERT: D Squared jeans and shirt

BFW: What is your all time favourite song and why?
ROBERT: I love all music!
