As we move forward into the next stage of the Government’s roadmap out of Covid-19 restrictions, our priority remains keeping shoppers and staff safe when visiting or working at Cribbs.

We have updated our visitor guidance below which can help answer some of the most asked questions.

Opening Hours

We will be open:

Monday - Friday 9.30am - 8pm

Saturday 9am - 8pm

Sunday 11am - 5pm

Some store hours may differ, so please refer to individual store pages for the most up to date listings, and check our website and social channels before you travel, to avoid disappointment.

Cleaning

We are working to keep you safe with enhanced cleaning of touchpoints, including doors, toilets, bannister rails, lift buttons and escalator belts.

Please close the toilet lid before flushing to minimise the spread of bacteria and viruses

Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water after using the toilet

Hand sanitiser is available at entrances and at various stations through the centre. 

Disabled toilets, baby changing and the Changing Places facility will all be available.

Face Coverings

Visitors are no longer required to wear a face covering upon entry to the centre, however we would encourage you to continue to wear a face covering when visiting to help keep everyone safe, unless you are exempt.

We will also be encouraging our staff to wear a face covering whilst in the centre. 

Centre Facilities

Staff are here to help you. Please respect their space as they assist you.

Now our information desk is open you can purchase your gift card and seek advice for an existing card here. You can also find assistance and purchase a gift card online if you click here.

Our Accessibility suite is open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday, 10.30am - 5.00pm Sunday. Please contact them on 07425648271 prior to your visit so we can make the necessary arrangements with regard to mobility equipment.

Should you require any assistance during your visit, or if you become unwell, please speak to a member of the team who will be roaming in a high vis vest, and they will be able to assist you.
