BFW AW17 Trend Report: Winter Garden

BFW AW17 Trend Report: Winter Garden Coach, Erdem and Christopher Kane all sent floral looks down the runway for AW17 and whilst we are more used to seeing florals in spring, this season, they work for winter too. Chintzy floral prints decorate sumptuous jacquard and silken fabrics and dark base colours such as navy, sage and rust make these prints perfectly appropriate for the colder months.

Reach for matching printed pieces to really channel the catwalk look this season - make like Gucci and work floral prints top to toe, or layer mixed floral prints together, remembering to stick to the same tones. Too much? A silky pajama style winter floral blouse will look fabulous with jeans, or make a statement with a sumptuous floral coat.
