Beat The Post-Glastonbury Blues!

Beat The Post-Glastonbury Blues!

Who's feeling a little ahem delicate?

Another fabulous year of Glastonbury mayhem has drawn to a close and although you may have washed the glitter off and hung up your Hunters that doesn't mean you've made it back down to earth just yet! All that camping and raving can take its toll so here's our guide to easing yourself out of Worthy Farm and back  in to the real world...

1. Hydrate

You may have convinced yourself that cider constitutes one of your five a day but now you're back in the real world it may be time to take a little more sensible hydration on board. Our top tip? Head to Boost Juice Bar and plump for one of their delicious detoxing smoothies...

4. Sleep!

Let's face it, what's really called for here is some proper z's in an actual bed under an actual roof! So make your den as cosy as possible with some luxurious bedding from M&S. Their Comfortably Cool linen is made with 78% Tencel  that helps regulate your body temperature. Because the fibres are smooth and fine, and the thread count is 200, the linen feels super luxurious and comfortable. Exactly what you need after 5 nights in a sleeping bag!
