Have you ever dreamed of becoming a model? If you think you have what it takes, then enter our Model Search Competition.

We've teamed up with leading London model agency nevs to help us find one female and one male with the potential to become successful professional models.

As well as that all-important introduction to nevs, the two winning models will secure their first catwalk assignment at Bristol Fashion Week, our spectacular fashion event in late September/early October.

The winners will also receive a stunning new portfolio of photographs courtesy of Clifton Photographic Company.

Entry Criteria:

Female

• Age 16 - 24
• Height 5'8" or over
• Size 8-14

Male

• Age 16 - 30
• Height 5'11" or over
• Proportioned and healthy physique

Deadline for entries Midnight Sunday 9th August 2009

Judging
The first round of judging will begin week commencing Monday 10th August. Six female and six male finalists will be short-listed and invited to a casting in Bristol on the afternoon of Monday 24th August. Successful candidates will be notified of the time and location for the casting by Monday 17th August.

The judges include Kate Krause of nevs men's division and Lindsey Baldock of nevs women's division.

Bristol Fashion Week
Both winners must be available to attend a fitting and rehearsal day on Tuesday 29th September 2009 and to appear in 4 catwalk fashion shows on Thursday 1st October 2009 at Bristol Fashion Week.

BRISTOL FASHION WEEK MODEL SEARCH

Terms & Conditions

1. Entrants must be aged between 16 and 24 years (women) and between 16 and 30 years (men).
2. Entrants must complete the entry form available from www.mallcribbs.com and email the completed form together with two recent colour photographs (full length and head and shoulders) supplied as Jpeg files to fashion@mallcribbs.com. We are unable to return any photographs submitted. No purchase required to enter.
3. All entries must be received by midnight Sunday 9th August 2009. Entries received after this date or incomplete entries will not be considered.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. Six female and six male finalists will be selected to attend a casting in Bristol on the afternoon of Monday 24th August 2009. Finalists are required to bring photographic proof to verify age to the casting. Acceptable forms are; photo driving license, photo student ID, passport. Any finalist who cannot attend this casting will lose their place and a different finalist will be invited.
6. There will be one female and one male winner. The judges' decision will be announced after the casting on Monday 24th August 2009. Winners will be confirmed in writing and their names published on www.mallcribbs.com.
7. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The judging panel will comprise representatives from nevs model agency, Clifton Photographic Company, Bristol Magazine and The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.
8. The two winners must agree to attend a fitting and rehearsal on Tuesday 29th September 2009 and to appear in four catwalk fashion shows on Thursday 1st October 2009 at Bristol Fashion Week at The Mall at Cribbs Causeway.
9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash in part or whole.
10. The Mall at Cribbs Causeway will provide a Cribbs Causeway Gift Card loaded with £150 to each winner to cover miscellaneous expenses incurred on Tuesday 29th September and Thursday 1st October 2009. The Mall will also arrange for photography to be taken of the winners on the catwalk for their portfolios (to be supplied as digital Jpeg files).
11. All entrants must be willing to take part in publicity relating to the Model Search competition and Bristol Fashion Week. By sending photographs, entrants are granting The Mall at Cribbs Causeway a full, valid, non-transferable and irrevocable license to use the photograph in all media in perpetuity for the purposes of the competition. Entrants' moral rights are not affected.
12. The two winners will receive a makeover portfolio worth £549 from Clifton Photographic Company (session to be booked between Monday and Friday from 9am to 5pm, valid until 31st December 2009).
13. The two winners will receive an initial 3 month contract with London model agency nevs (subject to nevs terms & conditions).
14. Employees of suppliers and retailers of The Mall, together with their immediate family or any such person connected with the Model Search competition are not eligible to enter.
